"FOODS AND CULTURE", is part of the online, Elementary School curriculum, “Native Knowledge 360”.

Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian created the online curriculum “NK360" to provides educators and students with new perspectives about Native American,(North and South America) history and cultures.
